Abstract
Paul Spencer-Longhurst is a senior research fellow at the Paul Mellon Centre. He has used photographic archives extensively at different points in his career as a curator, lecturer, and researcher. Most recently, the PMC Photographic Archive enabled him to locate lost works by Richard Wilson to include in an online catalogue raisonné. In this film, Paul discusses the role of serendipity in photographic archives.
